Who we are

Pulls TCG (“Pulls”, “we”) is run by 3DCollector, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99719711, VAT NL005405544B42. You can reach us at privacy@pulls.trade.

Pulls is invite-only while we build it. Features change, and some are still missing. We’ll keep these terms up to date as they arrive.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13. Under 16, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission for an account. Under 18, you need it to buy, sell or trade.
• One account per person. You sign in with an existing Discord, Google, Apple, Microsoft or X account; keep that account secure.
• Pick a username that isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time.

Your collection and content

What you add to Pulls stays yours: your collection, notes, wishlist, listings and photos. You allow us to store it and show it where Pulls needs to, for example your listings to other collectors. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.

Only upload photos you took or may use, and make sure they show the actual card you’re offering.

Listings and trading

• Pulls shows your listings to other collectors. Payment, shipping and trades don’t run through Pulls yet: you arrange them directly with the other collector, and the deal is between the two of you. Pulls isn’t a party to it.
• Only list cards you own and can hand over. Describe condition, language and variant honestly, and keep your price and availability up to date.
• No counterfeits, proxies sold as real, stolen goods, or anything illegal to sell.
• Pulls doesn’t charge fees today. If that changes, we’ll tell you before it applies.

Prices

Market prices come from Cardmarket and TCGplayer (via TCGdex). Converted amounts use the European Central Bank’s reference rates and are marked with “≈”. They’re estimates to help you decide, not offers or valuations. The price a seller sets in their own currency is the price that counts.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Pulls. In particular, don’t:

• break the law or other people’s rights through Pulls;
• harass, scam or mislead other collectors;
• try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or around our limits and security;
• copy the catalog or other people’s data in bulk, or overload Pulls with automated requests.

If you do, we may remove content, pause or close your account. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first.

Cards, names and images

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. Card images and texts belong to their owners, including The Pokémon Company. Pulls isn’t affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Card data comes from TCGdex.

The Pulls name, logo and site are ours; please don’t use them as if you were Pulls.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Pulls running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it’s always available or error-free. Keep your own records of anything valuable. We’re not liable for deals between collectors, or for decisions based on price estimates.

Otherwise, our liability is limited to what Dutch law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms, for example when payments or new features arrive. For important changes, we tell you in Pulls before they take effect; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account. You can stop using Pulls at any time.

Law and questions

Dutch law applies. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s consumer law and may go to court there. Questions or complaints: privacy@pulls.trade.
