You pay Pulls through Stripe, our payment provider. The money waits in Pulls’ account at Stripe until the order is done, and only then goes to the seller. If something goes wrong, a fixed rule for your problem says where the money goes, and you get it back through Stripe. Pulls also shows who you’re dealing with, keeps the rules and closes the accounts of people who cheat.

1Before you pay

Look at the seller’s level. In the beta, new sellers sell cards up to €150 each and hold up to €500 in open orders at once. Their limits grow with their sales and trades: what they sell, how many different people they sold to or traded with, and their rating. Only trades with members they don’t know count, never trades with friends.

Only pay through your order on Pulls. With iDEAL or Bancontact on Stripe’s page, which you reach from your cart. That’s what keeps your money safe until the cards arrive. Anyone who asks you to pay somewhere else, or through a link in a message, isn’t following the rules.

Sealed products: every listing shows the seller’s own photos of the box you get. Look for one of the wrap and corners, not every listing has one. A product that isn’t factory sealed, or was resealed, counts as not as described. Sealed products always ship tracked.

A letter has no tracking and no protection. If it doesn’t arrive, tell the seller on the order before it completes: they refund you, send it again, or say no. Pulls doesn’t decide. Orders with cards worth €25 or more, orders from a private seller who is still New, and sealed products always go tracked.

2How an order works

Each step at its latest
  1. You order and payFrom your cart, with iDEAL or Bancontact. The money waits in Pulls' account at Stripe.
  2. The seller shipswithin 3 business daysOr you can cancel and get your money back.
  3. The cards arriveYou confirm. If you don’t, it completes by itself 7 business days after you’re asked, 30 days after the expected delivery at the latest. Then you rate the seller.
  4. The seller is paidOnly once the order is done.
The full text of this part
  1. You order from your cart and pay with iDEAL or Bancontact. The cards are held for you while you pay.
  2. The seller ships within 3 business days. If they don’t, you can cancel. The seller can’t ship it any more, and you get your money back after 2 business days. An order not shipped within 7 days is cancelled and refunded by itself.
  3. You confirm the cards arrived. If you don’t, the seller or Pulls asks you to, and the order completes on its own 7 business days later, or 30 days after the expected delivery at the latest. A letter too. Then you can rate the seller.
  4. Only then does Stripe pay the seller.

3When something goes wrong

  1. You report it on the orderNot arrived, not as described, counterfeit, paid but not shipped, cancelled but not refunded, or something else.
  2. The seller answerswithin 3 business daysThey accept a refund, a return or a replacement, offer part of the money, or disagree. No answer means you’re in the right.
  3. The rule decidesIf you don’t agree, a fixed rule for your problem moves the money. Pulls only reads the tracking.
  4. You get your money backThrough Stripe, from the order’s money.
The full text of this part
  • Report it on the order before it completes: not arrived (from 3 business days after the expected delivery), not as described (judged by our condition guide), counterfeit, paid but not shipped, cancelled but not refunded, or something else.
  • The seller answers within 3 business days: they accept the standard outcome for your problem (a refund, a return, a replacement), offer part of the money, or disagree. If the seller doesn’t answer, you’re in the right. For a card one condition worse, the standard outcome is the real price difference between the two conditions on Pulls, or you name an amount yourself. If the seller offers part of the money, answer within 7 days. If you don’t, the offer counts as accepted. We remind you 2 days before.
  • If the seller disagrees, or you turn the offer down, Pulls doesn’t weigh who’s right. The fixed rule for your problem decides, as below. The money moves right away, and your legal rights against the other member stay.
  • Not arrived, tracked: the carrier’s tracking decides. Delivered, the seller is paid. Declared lost, or not delivered 14 days after the expected delivery, you get the card price and shipping back. Pulls reads the tracking within 5 business days.
  • Not as described (a worse condition, the wrong card, printing or language, damaged in transit, or a sealed product opened): the card goes back to the seller. The seller pays the return and you get the card price and shipping back. For one condition step worse, you pay the return and get the card price back. Under €5, nothing goes back: you get the card price back, and the shipping too when it was damaged.
  • A card missing, an empty envelope or parcel, or a lot more than 2% short: your report with photos stands. You get the price of the missing cards back, and the shipping too for an empty one.
  • When the seller sends the right or missing card, it goes tracked. Tell us on the order within 7 days of its expected delivery if it didn’t come or is wrong again. Didn’t come: its tracking decides, as for any parcel. Wrong again: it goes back at the seller’s cost, and you get the card price once it’s there. If you report nothing, the seller is paid.
  • Looks counterfeit: the card goes back to the seller, as below.
  • Something else isn’t covered by Pulls’ protection. It’s a question to the seller: they refund you, offer part of the money, or say no. If they say no or don’t answer, the seller is paid.
  • You get your money back through Stripe from the order’s money. When you send cards back, you see the seller’s return address on the order once the return is agreed. Add a photo of the card in the envelope before you close it, send it within 7 days, tracked, and keep the proof of postage. You get your money 2 business days after it’s delivered to the seller, or sooner if they confirm. In those 2 days the seller can report, with photos, that what came back isn’t right. Then the tracking of the return decides: delivered, you get your money, since your photo of the card in the envelope is on the order. Not delivered, the seller is paid. The seller keeps their rights against you, and a report the seller knows is false is a strike for misuse. If the seller gives no return address within 7 days, they’re reminded and get 7 days more. Then you get everything back and keep the card. A counterfeit report needs six photos (front, back, the text and energy symbol close up, the same spot under a lamp at an angle, an edge or corner, and your phone’s light behind the card) and a video of the card turning under a light. If the seller agrees, you cut the card up on video and get the card price and shipping back. If the seller disagrees, Pulls doesn’t judge the card: you send it back to the seller on a label they pay, and you get your money 2 business days after it’s delivered. If your reports keep going back to sellers nobody else reports, Pulls looks at them by hand.
  • A tracked parcel that hasn’t arrived 14 days after its expected delivery is refunded: the card price and shipping. The service fee stays. If it turns up after all, the seller can say so on the order within 14 days of the refund. The same goes for a card the seller sent after the order was cancelled, counted from the cancel. After those days, the money is yours. Once the seller reports it, pay again, send the card back or say it didn’t arrive, within 7 days. If you say it didn’t arrive, the carrier’s tracking decides: delivered, you get 7 days again to pay or send it back. No delivery scan, and nothing more is owed. Keeping a card without doing any of that bans you.
  • A parcel that comes back to the seller: you choose within 7 days to have it sent again or to cancel. If it came back because of you (a wrong address, not collected, refused), a new shipment is yours to pay, and a cancel refunds the cards but not the shipping. Did you refuse it because the parcel was visibly damaged? Add photos of the parcel on the order. Then the refusal counts as the seller’s at once, without Pulls weighing it: a new shipment is the seller’s to pay, and a cancel refunds the card price and shipping. You choose again within 7 days.
  • A flaw clearly visible on the listing photos isn’t a claim: the photos are part of the promise. A stock image isn’t a photo of the copy: then only the stated condition counts. A letter isn’t covered by a claim.

Pulls isn’t a party to the sale and gives no guarantee; the terms say more about the rules. Your rights against the seller under the law stay as they are.

4When you trade

  • A trade is cards for cards at equal value: the two sides may differ by 5% of the larger side, at least €1 and at most €20. No money changes hands, and nothing is fixed until you both accept.
  • With a friend, you both ship within 3 business days. Tracking is your choice, but without it neither of you can report a parcel that didn’t arrive.
  • Trading with members you don’t know: both of you are at least Starter, and you each ship tracked. The one who sold less on Pulls ships first, with a photo of the card in the envelope. The other ships within 3 business days after that. You see who ships first before you send or accept.
  • Report a problem on the trade before it’s done. The other member answers within 3 business days. In a trade Pulls holds no money and can’t pay anything back. If you don’t agree, Pulls decides who’s at fault from the photos, the tracking and what you both wrote, and can ask for cards to be sent back and give strikes or bans. Your legal rights against the other member stay.
  • A counterfeit card in a trade: if Pulls finds you knew, your account closes. If you traded it in good faith, it’s a strike and you send the cards back, but a second counterfeit within 12 months closes the account. When Pulls finds you at fault in a trade, that’s a strike, and Pulls can ask you to send the cards back, tracked, within 7 days.

5Seller protection

Pulls bears a bank dispute in full, the bank’s fee included, when all of this holds: the bank took the payment back because the account holder didn’t allow it, you shipped tracked with a valid code of your carrier to the delivery address on the order, the carrier’s tracking shows it delivered there, you and the buyer don’t share an email, sign-in, address or payment details, and you didn’t take part. A dispute about your delivery, such as a parcel the buyer says didn’t arrive or a card that isn’t as described, stays yours. If Pulls finds you took part in the fraud, your account closes.

6Fair play

Strikes count for 12 months, buying and selling together.

  1. A warningThe first strike.
  2. No buying or selling for 30 daysThe second strike, as a buyer or as a seller.
  3. No buying or selling, for goodThe third.

A strike for the sellerA paid order that wasn’t shipped, or a card you said you’d send in a claim and didn’t. A parcel the carrier lost is never a strike. From 50 completed sales in 12 months, it only counts while such strikes are more than 2% of your sales. Repeated mistakes in 90 days count too.

A strike for the buyerA return you agreed to and didn’t send in time, cards you were refunded for and didn’t send back, or a payment reversed with your bank. A claim that ends with the seller paid is no strike.

Closed or banned at onceKnowingly selling a counterfeit, fraud, a claim Pulls finds misused, or using another member’s details outside the order closes the account. Keeping a parcel that was refunded as lost bans you. You can object once.

The full text of this part
  • A strike for the seller: a paid order that wasn’t shipped, or a right or missing card you said you’d send in a claim and didn’t send in time. A parcel the carrier lost is never a strike. From 50 completed sales in 12 months, such a strike only counts while they’re more than 2% of your sales. A mistake you put right in a claim (a wrong card or condition, something missing) counts too: the third within 90 days is a strike, once they’re more than 2% of your orders in that time.
  • A strike for the buyer: a return you agreed to and didn’t send in time, cards you were refunded for and didn’t send back, or a payment you reversed with your bank. A claim that ends with the seller paid is no strike. Claims that keep coming back show up for Pulls, but they never change the money of an order.
  • Strikes count for 12 months, buying and selling together. The first is a warning. The second means no buying or selling for 30 days. The third makes that permanent.
  • Some conduct counts on its own. Threatening another member bans you at once. Paying or asking to be paid outside the order, or using a claim or a rating to pressure someone, gives a strike, and a ban when it happens again within 12 months. Abusive messages and bought, forced or faked ratings give a strike. A person at Pulls decides these.
  • Bad faith closes the account at once: selling a card you knew was counterfeit, not paying back money a claim’s rule gave the buyer after it was paid out to you, fraud, a claim Pulls finds misused (knowingly false, or for cards you received), or using another member’s details outside the order. A closed account can’t buy, sell or trade, and other members no longer see it. You can still sign in to see and download your collection and orders, and to finish orders that are already on their way. A banned or closed seller’s paid orders that aren’t shipped yet are cancelled, and the buyer gets everything back.
  • A ban or closure applies to the person, not the account. A new account that shares their email, sign-in, address or payment details is stopped until Pulls has checked it.
  • What Pulls removes after a report stays off sale in the same printing, without a printing chosen, or in any printing if the removed listing had none: illegal or offensive listings until an objection is upheld or 14 days pass without one, for as long as Pulls keeps the removal (6 months). A removal as counterfeit is no verdict: the card may go back on sale. Listings with wrong details may come back corrected.
  • Every measure comes with its reason, by email and in Pulls. If you think one is wrong, reply once to [email protected] with what happened, and we look at it again.

Every statement on this page was checked against the code on 5 October 2026. Since then a check fails when the code behind one changes, and the text is looked at again before that change lands.
