Delete your account

You can delete your Pulls account yourself, at any time. It takes effect immediately and can’t be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in details, on the web and in the app.
  • Your collection, folders, binders and wishlist.
  • Your profile, friends and friend requests. You disappear from other members’ friend lists and trade searches.
  • Your listings and their photos. They disappear from the market right away.
  • If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Pulls’ access to your Apple ID.

Our backups keep a copy for up to 30 days; after that it’s gone for good. We keep nothing else.

Delete now

Sign in with the account you want to delete. You’ll come back here to confirm.

Sign in to delete

In the Pulls app, you’ll find the same option under Account.

Can’t sign in anymore?

Email privacy@pulls.trade from the email address of your Pulls account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm when it’s done, within a month at the latest.
